Dubai is a city of many neighbourhoods. There are several different areas that offer a variety of opportunities for investment, and some are more lucrative than others. As a potential investor, you’ll want to determine which area will offer the best returns on your money. Below we’ve listed the top 5 excellent locations in Dubai that are ripe for investment:

Downtown Dubai

Downtown Dubai is the oldest and most historic area of Dubai. It is also densely populated, multicultural, diverse, developed and has a rich history. Downtown Dubai is home to many skyscrapers that rise up into the sky like giant towers reaching toward the heavens. The tallest building in this area is Burj Khalifa which stands at 828 meters tall and draws many thousands of visitors each year.

The first reason is that it’s close to major highways and Dubai Metro stations, so getting around will be easy for you as well as your employees. Jumeirah Village Triangle (JVT) is a residential area in Dubai, UAE. Known as one of the most family-centric areas in Dubai, this secure gated community is located in the north of the city, near Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR) and the Dubai Marina. 

The area has a tranquil and relaxed vibe, with excellent educational facilities and a wide range of activities designed to be fun for all ages. Arjan is a fast-growing new district within Dubailand, situated on the outskirts of Dubai. First launched in 2006, Arjan is comprised of residential complexes, retail outlets and commercial buildings. The neighbourhood benefits from having two excellent parks; Dubai Miracle Garden & Dubai Butterfly Garden which are the most visited parks in Dubai.

Arjan sits near many prime areas in Dubai and still has plenty of space; many off-plan developments are being designed with beautiful landscaped surrounds to make the most of this fact. Close to many attractions but set apart, Arjan offers residents the ultimate combination of action and relaxation.

Arjan’s close proximity to Sheikh Zayed Road brings seamless connection to the wider city, while a wide variety of businesses, eateries and entertainment venues are right on its doorstep.

Dubai South

Dubai South is a large area of land that has been set aside for development. It’s located south of Dubai, in the direction of Abu Dhabi. The area is home to several residential neighbourhoods and commercial districts, as well as several venues for entertainment and recreation.

There are many reasons why you might want to invest in Dubai South. Its location makes it easy for investors who live in or near Dubai to access properties there without having to travel far.  There are many development plans underway in this area, which means that rental prices will likely increase over time as demand increases from people who want to live there but cannot afford their own homes yet because they are still building them (and thus increasing supply).
