The only costs the investor will need to consider will be the property purchase value and the legal fees associated with the purchase. There are no furniture, admin, sourcing fees involved for the purchase of a property at Vista.

We are very pleased to introduce Vista so early to the market with a completion date of July 2022, during this timeframe investors will earn 3% interest on deposits.
